Date night fashion can be tricky here in the South especially as we transition between seasons. As we continue to transition to Fall Fashion here, I thought I would share a few easy date night outfits. Date night fashion can be fun and flirty or sexy and trendy.

Using some of your fun summer items helps to make the transition to fall a bit easier.  Take your favorite romper and layer it with a fabulous kimono, topper or long cardi.

Add Your Summer Favorites to Your Date Night Fashion

As you can see here, I styled my black romper with a ¾ sleeve long topper and ta-da easy date night outfit.  To finish the outfit, I chose black chunky wedges.  This outfit is still suitable for the warm summer evenings and the sleeve length on the topper offers some warmth if it gets a bit cooler.

Here’s another way to transition to fall for date night.  Start with a bright colored tank and add a light weight, long sleeve cardi in fun muted fall colors.  Light weight Khakis or twill pants with booties say “Yes, I am ready for Fall but I won’t swelter in the heat”!

Wear Chunky Wedges or Booties

And finally, as we get closer to October, I love to add some Halloween themed items.  This cute graphic tee paired with a blazer will keep you warm.  The flared jeans add a ton of fun to this outfit.  And, of course, it wouldn’t be Fall without the addition of your favorite booties.  These snake-skin booties are my go to and will be on repeat this Fall.

Date Night Fashion – Be Fun & Flirty or Sexy & Trendy

Saving my personal favorite for last!  Love adding a long sleeve top that is lightweight and looks amazing with dressy shorts.  Again, I added my favorite chunky wedges.  Such an easy style that’s perfect for our warm evenings here in the south!
