Being healthy means different things to people.  Too me it is a combination of what you do, what you think, what you eat and how you choose to feel.  What you do is an array of things – work, exercise, self care, taking care of your skin, how you live in your home.  What you think – our brain wants us to take the easy route and typically goes to the same old “tape” playing over and over.  This is hard, I can’t do this, you will feel better if you eat, etc.  Your brain is a master at the same old same old.  It takes practice to change those thoughts.  Sometimes it is as simple as changing one word – I can do this, it is not that hard.  Asking yourself a great question each day like how do I want to feel or what can I do today to stay on my plan is the best way to set your brain to looking for those answers.
